The Board is represented by 10 Elected Members from the four Local Authorities within the CJA area with one representative from Clackmannanshire Council, three from Falkirk Council, four from Fife Council and two from Stirling Council.

The Board meets at least four times each year to discuss, progress and approve the business of the CJA.
